CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Executive Strategy Sessions and Executive Strategy Intensives

• Appointments may be rescheduled one time without penalty when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may receive a refund, less any non-refundable payment-processing fees actually incurred, unless otherwise disclosed at checkout.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable but may be eligible for one reschedule at Jacquelyn Clayborn LLC's discretion.
• Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.
• Arriving late does not automatically extend the scheduled session.
• If Jacquelyn Clayborn LLC must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client may choose an available replacement date or receive a refund for the affected prepaid session.

2. Larger and Contracted Engagements

Strategic Project Engagements, Executive Advisory Partnerships, speaking engagements, joint engagements, and other contracted services are governed by their applicable proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, or service agreement rather than this session cancellation policy.
